I'm Qarina, an Informatics graduate from Diponegoro University. I'm interested in different areas of IT, from business analysis and system design to development, testing, and lately, AI integration. I like exploring how these different areas connect and how technology can be used to solve actual problems.
An end-to-end consumer (B2C) platform that lets non-technical users, from small business owners to students and analysts, run their own autonomous AI agents without coding or server setup. Co-developed the platform and built its front-end with React.js, turning a complex agentic AI workflow into a simple, guided user experience, along with several web apps that serve as ready-to-use skills for the agents. Currently in development.
A full-stack web app that replaces the manual, decentralized tender and procurement process of PT Wijaya Karya's EPCC Division. Eight user roles track each procurement package through seven stages in one system, from the requirements list to vendor selection, backed by 116,053 historical price records. Developed price comparison and vendor recommendation features, plus a personal AI assistant that lets each user query data, read vendor documents, and draft letters through simple conversation.
A full-stack web workspace for the Human Capital subdivision of PT Wijaya Karya's EPCC Division that brings three modules into one portal, replacing the Excel workbooks used to manage certifications, assignment letters, and training for 547+ employees. Developed CertTrack to monitor 451+ certifications with expiry alerts and a renewal tracker, TaskTrack to create assignment letters from five official templates, and DevTrack to record training plans and completions along with training CVs.
A full-stack web app that digitizes boarding-house management for a 100-room property serving 90+ tenants, replacing a fully manual book-and-spreadsheet system so the owner and admin can record and look up data far faster. Integrated an AI assistant powered by the Gemini API that lets the owner check revenue, room status, and business performance through plain conversation. Implemented role-based access for four user types across 18 features, a revenue projection and cash-flow dashboard, PDF and Excel reporting, and an admin activity log. Built as a thesis project and now deployed.
A cybersecurity incident response platform for PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Built the complete employee-facing front-end of six pages, covering the company profile, a cyber-attack information map, RFC 2350 documentation, security education and news articles, an activity gallery, and a cyber incident reporting form. Integrated these pages with the back-end and the incident-reporting flow, enabling the company to replace its manual, in-person reporting process.
Web-based academic management system serving 5 user roles (Students, Academic Advisors, Program Heads, Academic Affairs, Deans). Core features include automated IRS enrollment based on lecturer-set schedules, digital academic advisor validation, KHS tracking, and digital authentication.
Owned the employee-facing side of Waskita CSIRT, the company's cybersecurity incident response platform, in a three-person team split across back-end, employee-facing front-end, and admin front-end.
Built two internal platforms for the EPCC Division, owning each one from requirements to deployment.

Managed all administrative and documentation functions of the Litbang division in an 83-member student organization. Co-led the Sahabat Litbang program covering 100% of HMIF committees. Recognized as Best Member of Litbang (Triwulan I Reward).
Served as Steering Committee for Editorial Meeting 2024 and de facto deputy to the Division Head, providing input and support across nearly all Litbang programs. Held cross-divisional monitoring responsibilities for Social and Ekokeu divisions within a 91-member organization.
